Consent & Media Waiver

By proceeding to participate in an interview to be conducted by Christie Ruffino or any team member of the Mastery Unleashed Coaching or Podcast (hereinafter “Interviewer”), You Agree that you are over the age of 18 and Consent to the following Terms of Participation.

I hereby grant and authorize Beautifully Imperfect LLC and the Mastery Unleashed Coaching/Podcast (hereinafter “The Company”) the right to use photographs and/or videos of me captured by the Interviewer. I authorize The Company non-exclusive rights to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all videos or pictures taken of me on their behalf to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials, including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, and any other print and/or digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears, including a written or electronic copy.  

I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of these photographs and/or videos. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of The Company and will not be returned. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
